Description:
20 gauge, 28″ barrels, 2 1/2″ chambers. Both chokes measure .017 (Half Choke). Concave rib with a silver front bead. The right barrel is marked HOLLAND & HOLLAND, the left 98, NEW BOND STREET, LONDON. The breech end of the rib is scroll engraved with a gold number one inlaid in it. Bores are bright and shiny. The receiver, sideplates, top lever and trigger guard are scroll engraved. A gold number 1 is inlaid in the top lever. Quick detach side locks. Double triggers, ejectors, automatic safety. Point wrap around checkered straight grip stock is has a 14 1/2” length of pull to the front trigger over a checkered butt. Point checkered splinter forearm with a plunger style release, engraved hardware and a gold number 1 inlaid at the front. Condition: Barrels have been factory refreshed and retain 99% bluing. The frame and sideplates retain 30% original color. Trigger guard retains 80% original bluing. The stock is in excellent condition with a couple of very light handling marks. Drop at comb: 1 1/2”. Drop at heel: 2 3/8”. Weight: 5.9 lbs. Mechanics are good.
