Civil War Antique State Militia NCO Sword
With Bone Handles and Knight Head Pommel
Here we present an antique Civil War State Militia NCO Sword, made circa 1860. This blade is representative of other militia blades, especially those used by the Confederacy. Both Captain W.M. Beckham and Lieutenant M.R. Clark were officers in the South that owned blades with the knight head pommels and the same style cross guards.
This specimen is in good condition. The fluted bone handle has a good fit. The tip has been blunted.
