MAUSER 98K, KRIEGSMODELL BNZ45, (STEYR) Made in Austria, 1945, Kriegsmodell( War Model) Rifles were simplified in Late WWII, No Bayonet Lug or Cleaning Rod. Hole Though Butt Plate for Bolt Tool, No Stack Ring Through Stock. Laminated Stock, Screw Holes in Barrel Bands, Receiver Not Numbered, All Numbers on Bolt Assemblly Match & Floorplate Assembly Match. Barrel is MisMatch, but that is common for Late War Steyr Manufactured Guns, Rear Sight Numbers Match Barrel. Overall Very Good Condition. Mechanically Fine, Excellent Bore, Mirror Finish. SN#4398r, MFG: 1945. 24" Barrel.
