This is a beautiful  Winchester 1885 High Wall With Special order features. Manufactured in 1898. Comes with a Cody Firearms Museum research form confirming its in its original configuration. Caliber .32-40, Barrel Shape : Octagon, Barrel Weight: #4 Barrel Length :30", Trigger: Set, Sights :Lyman Combination Rear w/Cup Disc, Wind Gauge Front- Less level.  All in original !  The #4 extra heavy barrel retains 96% of original bright bluing. The bore is in excellent  approx. 85% condition with sharp rifling and a lot of shine.  Walnut stocks show  light handling marks and retain most of their original finish. Action is strong and mechanically perfect.  Screw are excellent and most remain unturned.  lots of case color on lever in protected areas.  The special order double set triggers function perfectly.
