Winchester 1873 Rifle
- Rare .22 short caliber
- 24" heavy octagon barrel
- Full length magazine tube
- Factory engraved by John Ulrich a prominent Factory Engraver at the time
- Profuse elaborate deep relief & scroll engraving coverage along with several animal scenes and John's classic bear hunt scene
- Left side of receiver has hound and rabbit, hunter and grizzly bear, and squirrel engravings
- Bottom of receiver has a raccoon engraving
- Right side of receiver has what appears to be original owners initials "WP December 1887," with a stag, doe, and a gobbler turkey in full strut
- One of the most beautiful Winchesters we have ever seen
- Engraving on forend, side plates, action, lower & upper tang, dust cover, barrel, screws, along with platinum and gold barrel bands
- Special order folding front bullseye sight with dual beads and a windage adjustable buckhorn rear sight
