Description:
This antique Mexican fighting knife is sleek and deadly. This is one wicked looking blade with a bull horn handle. Overall length 14 inches with a 8 3/4 inch blade. The guard is brass. Blade shows almost no pitting and is very sharp. A fighting knife for sure. It has a small bit of chicken track engraving of a flower. Perhaps a cactus rose. No sheath. In the old days, Mexicans were notoriously deadly knife fighters. They liked this style of "scorpion tip" blade . It was handy for getting a knife thrust up under the ribs and into the lungs. Just the thing for your Southwest collection.
