Description:
Serial #532022, .38 Special, 7 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1926 manufactured revolver that has retained 92-95% of the original blue with silvering at the muzzle and along the exposed edges and projections. There are some areas of light freckling here and there as well as a fairly bright turn-ring around the cylinder. The hammer and trigger retain most of their original blue finish with a few specks of darker plum-brown freckling along the sides of the hammer. The checkered walnut medallion grips are in fine shape with minor handling marks and flattening of the points commensurate with the age of the gun. The lock-up is still tight and the action functions flawlessly. This is an extremely nice example of a between-the-wars Officers Model and rates fine-excellent condition overall. FFL or C&R
