Description:
Serial #1153741, 9mm Para., 5" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This pistol has retained 90-92% of the original, high polish blue finish, but with some some noticeable finish loss around the safety notch at the left rear of the slide. Additionally, there is silvering on the high and projecting edges, as well as an importer mark added to the right side of the slide ahead of the ejection port. The Republic of South Africa “U/M" property stamp is crisp and clear on the right side of the frame. The hammer retains 80-85% of the original color case-hardening, with a few small spots of freckling, and the checkered plastic grips are in fine condition with some flattening of the points on either side. The pistol comes with two original magazines, both are also stamped with the “U/M" R.S.A. Stamp on the floorplates. This is a nice Model B Super, in fine condition, with a rarely seen South African military marking. FFL
