Description:
Serial #41970, 9mm Para., 4 11/16" barrel with a very good bore that has some mild freckling within the grooves. This is a pre-war, Belgian Army inspected, tangent sight pistol (slotted for a shoulder stock) that has matching numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel with the metal retaining 85-90% of the original blue finish. There is some mild silvering at the muzzle and other projecting edges, as well as some spots of mild freckling on the front of the slide, and the gripstraps. Extensive Belgian military and Liege proofs are present throughout. The checkered wooden grips are in fine shape having only some minor handling marks on either side and minor flattening of the points, heaviest on the left panel. A single correct magazine is included, and the pistol is mechanically tight and fully functional. This is a nice pre-war military High Power, and is in excellent condition. FFL or C&R
