A Colt Lightning rifle, .22 S or L cal., 24 in. barrel, open sights, walnut straight stock, octagon barrel. Approx. 90,000 mfg. 1887-1904. Serial #46614. It has been restored and for all intents and purposes is like new. The action is tight and cycles smoothly. The barrel rifling is like new. I have a peep sight for the old girl but I haven't mounted it yet. It's in the pics. You'll have to see the pics to believe me. She's beautiful! Thanks for looking. Capt. John
