Mannlicher-Schoenauer[Steyr] 1952 30-06 imported by Abercrombie & Fitch in October of 1955 as a Super Deluxe and sold in February of 1956 to N.J. Tumminelli with his initials in the stock oval. The Super Deluxe features full coverage deep relief game scene and oak leaf engraving of the reciever, floorplate, and trigger guard. Lyman Challenger 1" scope with post and crosshair and leather lens caps mounted in a Griffin & Howe sidemount with 1" split rings. Also with the coveted Lyman 36 bolt release peep sight. 20" barrel with bore as new. This piece has been a safe queen since walking off the Abercrombie & Fitch showroom floor sixty years ago. It remains in virtually new condition with just a few minor safe dings. Griffin & Howe letter included.
