Description:
Nice S-Prefix "No Dash" Model 28 made around 1959-1960. Hasn't been shot much, by the looks of the recoil shield and blue remaining on the breech. Probably was holster-carried, by looking at the finish wear behind the muzzle. Pinned barrel, recessed cylinder, 6" bore is beautiful, shiny and crisp, as are the chambers. Nice case colors on the hammer and trigger. Action is slick and positive, with good timing and lock-up. "Coke Bottle" target grips are crack-free, but appear to have been refinished; decent job of it though, even the checkering looks perfect. Comes also with a Hogue "Monogrip" that would be MUCH more comfortable to use in real life. #S2034xx. CA sale OK as PPT in the SF East Bay Area.
