Description:
Serial #16899, 12 ga, 34" adjustable high ventilated rib ported screw-choked barrel with a bright excellent bore. The barrel retains about 96% original blue. The nickel finished receiver remains in excellent condition and is embellished throughout with attractive light scrollwork. The checkered English walnut pistolgrip buttstock and forend rate very good overall with a few scattered dings and handling marks. The Monte Carlo buttstock has had a very professionally added flared rosewood pistolgrip cap and features very slight palm swell and a custom adjustable spring loaded recoil absorbing buttplate with a 13 3/4" length of pull, the comb is also fully adjustable. Included is nice aluminum case with the manual, various small parts and tools, a choke wrench, and two Briley improved modified chokes, one of which is extended. An excellent shotgun that appears to function and lock up very well.
