Description:
We are offering for sale a scarce Parker Bros. PH Grade 16Ga. shotgun on a “0” size frame. This gun has 26” fluid steel barrels and remains in highly collectible condition!
26” barrels are very good. Bluing is very nice with scattered surface marks; light freckling in places. Muzzles show light loss; Bores are bright with minimal wear. Left barrel is choked FULL; Right barrel choked IMP. Barrels have mid rib with both front and mid bead sights. Receiver remains very good with gorgeous case coloring; Left side colors are a little more pronounced than right. Engravings are strong on all sides. Screws appear to have never been touched! Break action works perfectly; Barrels have extractors. The furniture is very good on this shotgun. No breaks or cracks noted. Both shoulder stock and fore-end show signs of handling wear; surface marks. Original “Parker Bros.” grip cap perfect. Skeleton style butt plate with nice checkering.
