Description:
Serial #9917, 9mm, 4" barrel with a very good bore with minor pitting and frosting. The metal surfaces retain about 95% of a blued finish with pitting and oxidation visible under the surface. The toggle is marked with an "S/42" assembly code, the chamber is dated 1936 and all of the visibly numbered parts are matching including the grooved firing pin. There is an "X" stamped on the left side of the receiver just ahead of the serial number that indicates Russian capture. The checkered walnut grips rate about excellent with only minor flattening of the points and they are stamp-numbered to the gun on their interior. Included is a single blue-bodied, aluminum-based magazine possibly cleaned and re-numbered "4355" and a "+" and the body is stamped with a "122" and two "SE-37" acceptance stamps which rates about excellent overall with minor operational wear.{FFL or C&R in USA only}.
