This is a pre-war Marlin 39 Rifle in .22. Ths action and lever are in Very Good condition with vivid case colors. The 24 inch octagon barrel has a shiny bore. It shows some wear along the edges of the flats with a little light pitting. The pistol grip stock is Good with some handling marks. There is a chip out of the bottom of the factory butt pad.
