#4800 Whitney Navy Civil War era revolver, 6-1/2”x36cal with VG bore and VG tight solid action. There are no inspectors markings, so one must assume that either this wa a militia or private purchase, or perhaps it was some shopkeepers gun and never saw the conflict. It has a good address, very nice smooth thin grey brown patina, VG grips, and it comes with a civilian style holster of a later (not Civil War) vintage. VG to VG+ overall. $1395
