We only accept returned guns on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances, and charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned guns. Have questions, ask.

Buyers are solely responsible for determining the safety of items purchased. No firearm should be fired without having the weapon initially inspected by a qualified gunsmith. The firearms offered have NOT been TEST FIRED unless otherwise stated, but have been given a visual inspection for sale purposes only. We are not gunsmiths and can sometimes miss things. It is recommended that buyers have all firearms inspected by a competent gunsmith prior to use.
A valid FFL is required for all transactions (C&R Type 3 FFL's are Not accepted). Buyers will be charged for shipping costs to an authorized FFL dealer, and will receive a copy of my FFL with the gun. Shipping is not offered to locations outside of the United States.
Accepted forms of payment are charge/debit cards (Visa, Master Card), cash (Wire Transfer), money order (Preferably USPS), Cashier's/Teller/Certified Check or personal check (Item is held for up to 10 business days to allow ANY checks or money orders (except USPS) to clear.) A 3% service charge will be added to purchases made with charge/debit cards. Layaway is not offered. Returns are not accepted, however, a 20% restock fee will be charged in the rare case that a return is authorized.
