Winchester Model 37 Steelbilt 16 ga
Offering a very fine condition Winchester Model 37 16 ga shotgun, with an owner declared less than two boxes of shells shot through it. This gun bears no serial number being manufactured pre GCA 68. Chamber is for the 2 ¾ inch shell. The barrel is 28 inches in length with a mint bore and chamber. The exterior metal finish is near excellent with only a minute hairline scratch out on the barrel. The barrel is stamped “Choke” for constriction and has not been altered in any way. The butt stock shows a couple tiny safe s and a few safe scratches, there is some thinning of finish near the butt plate but that could be cleaned up very easily. Factory butt plate shows some wear from sitting in the safe or in kitchen corner behind the door. Previous owner is consolidating two homes into one and has asked us to find this beauty a home. From another source, I have a vast amount and wide variety of 16-gauge shells available.
