Description:
Winchester 1894 30-30 caliber, made 1905. This gun has a half round barrel, button mag, good bore and good wood fit, but was lightly sanded. Action is nice and tight. Barrel has a fair amount of blue, and so does the receiver, but the receiver is turning to plum. It shoots excellent groups. The barrel has been rebored from 25-35, I do not know if it was factory but has many markings and proof marks under the barrel, see pic 15. Definitely professionally done. lt also has a D.W. King rear sight on the gun. Someone from California put their SSN on left side of the barrel. Priced right because of the mods. Overall a nice gun.
