Up for sale today is a US Springfield M1 Garand serial no. 2553927 chambered in caliber .30-06. This outstanding, like-new rifle comes complete with its original Director of Civilian Marksmanship wrapper and shipping box. The rifle has a barrel date of “SA 1-51,” and a mint bore with a throat erosion reading of 2 and a muzzle wear reading of 0.75. The rifle has a National Match op-rod, which is typical of military arsenal rebuilds from this era. An outstanding, like-new Garand and a great addition to any discerning shooter’s collection.
