Description:
This Parker has 26” barrels with 2 ¾” chambers and choke constrictions that measure .011 right and .016 left. The bore diameters measure .617 right and .615 left. The barrels retain 95% original bluing with freckling in several areas, some light scratches, thinning in areas and wear from the forend. The rib has a single silver bead and is marked “PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CT. U.S.A. PARKER SPEC. STEEL”. The bores are clean and shiny. The 0 frame retains 60% case coloring. The trigger guard retains 10% original bluing. The forend iron has little finish left. Double triggers, ejectors and automatic safety. The pistol grip stock and forearm have been nicely refinished and are in excellent condition. The length of pull is 14.25” to the front trigger over a ventilated Hawkins recoil pad. Drop at comb: 1 1/2". Drop at heel: 2 1/2". Weight: 6.25 lbs. Mechanics are excellent.
