Description:
LeFever Arms SxS Shotgun. SN:#302298. Ga.:.410. 3″ Chambers. 26″ Bbls with raised, matted rib mounting white mid and white front beads, Top of barrels marked: “LEFEVER ARMS, BRANCH ITHACA GUN CO INC, ITHACA, N.Y.” and “LEFEVER A GRADE” . Bbl flats are stamped with SN, “3” CHAMBER” and “4”, "2" and bottom lug marked "B", "Z", "Tested".. Choked SK/SK. Case hardened boxlock action is stamped with SN, “A” and “410” on water table. Single trigger, automatic safety, and automatic ejectors. Action has line engraving, but is otherwise unmarked. American walnut full capped pistol grip buttstock measures 13-3/4″ over ribbed composition buttplate, and has 18 LPI point pattern checkering with beaded border. Matching beavertail ejector forend w/ triangular ebony tip chevron, has J-spring and push button secondary lock release. Drop at heel: 1-1/8″, drop at comb: 1″. Weight: 6 lbs. 6 oz..
CONDITION: Excellent, near new, original condition. Mechanically tight and fully functioning. This gun has been properly greased and came out of old-timer collection. Looks to be very little used, if any more than test fire. Case color is deep and strong throughout with only the ever slightest of fading on bottom of action.
