CIVIL WAR ERA ENGRAVED SILVER PLATED MANHATTAN .31 CAL. PERCUSSION POCKET REVOLVER MARKED LONDON PISTOL COMPANY. All original and matching. Made by Manhattan Fire Arms Co. of Newark, New Jersey. Very good plus overall with beautiful factory engraved frame and superb “STAGECOACH HOLDUP” cylinder scene. 5 shot with 4” barrel stamped ‘LONDON PISTOL COMPANY”. Patent date “DEC. 27, 1859” stamped on underside of frame. Original case colors on the hammer and loading lever and much of the original silver plating mixed with polished patina on barrel, back strap and frame. Cylinder polished bright with all the cylinder scene and traces of blue in the cylinder stops. Walnut grips with the original finish. Perfect nipples and near mint bore and chambers. Working order. Extra nice and all original example.
