Description:
A nice Springfield Armory produced 1898 Krag rifle chambered in .30-40 US. Comes with bayonet marked US and 1897. The gun seems to be all original and in great working shape. The only noticeable issues seem to be some pitting at the end on the barrel and a crack in the rear of the stock. Otherwise it seems to be a great example for a turn of the century US service rifle. Would be a great addition to a US military collection or to anyone interested in Theodore Roosevlet, as this was the rifle his Rough Riders were using in the war against Spain for Cuba.Firearms are subject to pending sales. • Replies to emails may take 24-72 hours to respond to (excluding weekends). • Although we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for pictorial, editorial or typographical errors.
