1894 .38-55 SADDLE RING CARBINE, MADE 1905, fine unmessed with example with excellent bore that is only slightly dark- much better than normally seen, exc. walnut stock and forend with very tight wood to metal fit, overall metal is an attractive smooth very aged blue that has turned mainly brown, exc. markings, good blue on the loading gate and in protected areas, nice screws, saddle ring intact, correct carbine rear sight with slide, tight action, hard to find caliber in a carbine especially with a bore this nice!
