Description:
Serial #2866, .25 RF, 24" octagon barrel with a very good, bright bore that has some mild freckling within the grooves. The metal of this little rifle has retained about 70-75% of the original blue with silvering along the high edges and projections, as well as along the magazine tube where the forend contacts it, and a deep plum-brown patina along the balance. The grooved forend and walnut buttstock have been nicely refinished to excellent condition, but do have some scattered minor handling marks still visible. The action is tight and the rifle rates very good-near fine condition overall. FFL or C&R
