Savage Anschutz Model 164 22 LR
On Consignment from one of our retired Navy Captain’s TCI is offering this Anschutz Model 164 as imported by Savage. This rifle bears serial # 800563A and the rifle is in near mint condition and is extremely accurate as all Anschutz tend to be. Our captain bought this rifle at JC Penny back in the day as JC Penny was leaving the firearms business. The rifle is fitted with a Tasco 3x9 scope and the scope is clear and all windage and elevation knobs move the reticle correctly. The wood stock has a nice right-hand (Starboard) palm swell and only the smallest safe nicks and kisses. Metal finish and wood finish is again near excellent. I call it 98-99%. Check out the figure and color in teh butt stock!! The rifle retains its full complement of sights fore and aft. Someone buy this before I do.
