This is a Wichester 2nd Model early Round barrel Rifle . This 44-40 has a very shootable bore , has all Origianl wood that numbers to tang and stock all origianl parts ,but not rear sight. This Winchester locks up tight ,and could be a nice shooter . These old 73’s 2nd models are getting harder to find . A great one for your collection or hang it over that big rock fireplace .
