The gun is tight on the face, with or without the forend attached.
Bores are bright and shiny.

I am not sure who made this gun, but the prominant name on the barrels is "Sommerda"
Sommerda is a town in Germany
Here are some of the markings: (some are engraved & some are stamped.)
Sommerda Genehrf Fabrik
Rhein. Met. U. Masch
Ehrhardt Lauf
Proof marks on barrels were used between 1891 & 1939
My best guess is that the gun was made between 1900 & 1925.
This gun appears to have been used very little. It would make a fantastic quail or grouse gun.
With RST light 2&1/2 inch loads recoil would be modest, even in such a lightweight gun.
Price is (Reduced to 1250.00)
