Browning. Model Grade II BAR. Cal 7mm Rem Mag. Made in Belgium. Manufactured in 1969 this rifle features a ramped beaded blade front sight with a hood, and a flip up rear express sight. The receiver is mounted with a Bushnell wide angle 3.5x-10x45mm Sportview scope on a solid mount. The receiver sides have a light scroll engraving with a simple Bear head on the right side and a Ram on the left. The trigger guard is similarly engraved with a flourish of simple scroll. It has a multipoint checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with sling swivel studs and a solid Browning recoil pad. This gun is excellent overall with 98% original deep blue finish displaying mostly scattered light handling marks and a few scratches on the front sight ramp, The wood is very good with attractive grain and sharp checkering. The left side of the forearm has a small area of pressure indentations and the grip has some small gouges. Mechanically excellent. Serial # 9414M69
