Description:
Original WW2 Mosin Nagant Izhevsk Sniper Rifle with Scope 1943 in excellent condition. This is a NOT one of semi-fake sniper CAI imports that sell for $700-900.
It was purchased many years ago from the first batch of GunsRus imports. They all had matching Stamped numbers not like later ones that some were mismatched or e-pencilled numbers.
All original, all matching, no rust or pitting on metal, no cracks on wood, good bore, functions fine. Original 7.62x54 cal. The number on the scope is stamped on the receiver. There is an old scope or mount number on the receiver which most likely was supposed to be crossed out (but wasn't) when the rifle went through the arsenal most likely after the original sniper was taken out with artillery or other explosives which would damage the optics. Both bands also have the Izhevsk stamp, but I'm already at my picture limit so I couldn't include them in the listing. I'm not a dealer. I'm a private collector and I'm currently thinning out my collection. 3 months layaway with 25% down is available.
