Description:
This is an older Merkel 147E in very nice condition. The receiver has game scene engraving with rabbits on one side and pheasants on the other. The shotgun has cocking indicators and is a scalloped boxlock action with ejectors. The 27 inch barrels are a nice even blue with a few very tiny marks. The dark walnut stock with raised cheek piece and matching forearm look very nice. All in all a very nice shotgun.
