This is a very rare and desirable 1876 Deluxe Short Rifle. It is special and uncommon in that it is a 22inch 45-75. It is a high finish rifle in that it has 90+% bright original blue finish, generous amounts of vivid rainbow case color, and gorgeous highly figured deluxe wood. Look at the amount of blue on the buttplate, patina on the brass lifter, and proudness of the checkering. The Winchester Museum letter states, 22 inch round barrel full magazine, plain trigger, checkered stock, case hardened. It has a beautiful bore and a beautifully functioning action.
