This Medallion grade Browning rifle appears to be in "as-new" condition, unfired and in it's original serial numbered box complete with some packing paper and the owner's manual. It was made by Browning (FN) on a Mauser action with the full length extractor in Belgium in 1970. Even though this rifle was made during the period where some "salt wood" was used in production, this rifle has been fully inspected and it is salt free and has always been salt free. This rifle still has some original factory grease/oil on it that has dried. The bolt face and barrel shows no sign of ever having been fired. The bore is mint; strong rifling and no powder residue whatsoever. As you can see from the pictures, the rest of the gun is in equally minty condition. If you are looking for a rifle that is as perfect today as it was 47 years ago when it was made, this is it! It would be impossible to upgrade from this rifle. Manufactured by FN in Belgium, utilizing the desirable long Mauser style extractor.
