Mauser 30-06 Fabrique Nationale factory Mauser sporting rifle in 30-06 with 24" round step barrel with ramp front sight, factory option King rear sight and factory option Armstrong reciever peep sight. This is an early 4 digit serial number reciever from the early 50's that has the desirable single C-cut front reciever ring. Pistol grip buttstock that is cross bolted with bakelite grip cap and cheekpiece. Sling swivels fore and aft. 14" LOP to F.N. factory logo horn buttplate. 8lb 6oz A nice early F.N. factory sporter in a great caliber that has served us well for 109 years and with a single C-cut action that has never been drilled or tapped. Also the rare factory option sights. Blue remains at 98%, stock finish at 94% with a few dings and scrapes from light hunting use. Checkering at 97% These F.N. sporters reflect unrecognized value
