079-0317-3075, US Colt M-1851 Navy, #42xxx matching on bottom of gun, cylinder, wedge and cylinder pin. The number on the loading lever is about 200 numbers off, so this is a battlefield mismatch. The gun has an angled stamped patent address, with only shadow of US on frame. Vivid cartouches with excellent grips. 95% strong scene. About 20% rainbow hues to frame, lever and loading lever. 20% military blue on bottom of barrel. Crisp tight action, Bright bore with scattered light spotting, 8 of 10 bore. Crisp edges, the finest military pistol I have ever handled, fine overall. Strong pins on back of cylinder.
