Inland M1A1 Type 2 Paratrooper, 18" bbl, bright shiny bore, strong rifling, adjustable rear peep sight, post in military wings front sight, Parkerized finish, nice wood grip and forearm, folding metal stock with metal butt plate. "INLAND DIV" above "5161318" stamped under the rear sight, "U.S. CARBINE" and "CAL 30 MI" stamped over the chamber, and has "INLAND MFG. DIV." - "GENERAL MOTORS" - "4-44" stamped on top of the barrel near the muzzle. All parts are correct for this era of manufacture. This is a very nice rifle for your collection.
