An elegant, 6 lb German single shot rifle in excellent++ condition. The barrel under the forend is marked E. Kettner, Suhl and marked by the retailer, Gebruder Kupper, Dresden on the left flat of the slim 1/2 oct, approx 24 1/2” barrel. Barrel with 98% blue, exc bore 8x57JR (.318), raised matted rib, rear sight adjustable for both windage & elevation and front sight on integral raised ramp. The Heeren action with set trigger is fully engraved in a vine and leaf pattern. Wood is proud to metal, has nice contrasting grain, cheekpiece, full capped pistol grip, schnabel FE tip, finely checkered, with sling swivels, 14" LOP and in excellent condition.
