The TC Ventures went through a safety recall initiated by Smith & Wesson. The indicator that it had been certified by S&W was a punch mark on the trigger assembly, viable when the bolt is removed. This gun has such a mark. The .204 Ruger was developed for varmint hunting. Reaching up to 4200 FPS and having a very flat trajectory to 200 yards, this round will fit the bill. At 200 yards this round is hitting with the muzzle velocity of your average 5.56x45.
