Upon inspection of the bore is bright an shiney with strong rifeling does show small patch of black powder etch . I would think this old smith spect a lot of time in a sock drawer. the Grips are monogramed show very little wear. the serial number denote this is a first model made in 1895 # 774xx. this is antique ships to your fronnt door with proof of ID.
