Pre war Winchester model 12 20 gauge.Built in late 1939 or early 1940,this gun has a 26" barrel with the hard to find improved cylinder choke (.007").The gun is in excellent conidition retaining 98% of the original blue and wood finish.The gun is all original with the exception of the large head safety.The bore is mint and free of any rust or dents.The wood is free of any cracks or damage.The gun has the early style "corncob" forend and the original Winchester buttplate.This is a fine example of the classic model 12 in a hard to find configuration.C&r eligible.
