20" tapered octagon-to-round barrel with detented-hooded ramp front sight, and saddle-mounted ERA standing express sight adjustable for windage and elevation. Dark striated full-figured European walnut stock to the muzzle by NECG founder Dietrich Apel with 2-piece double schnabel forend, classic wrap-around point-pattern checkering with mullered borders, flat sidepanels, European swivels, blind magazine well, casehardened receiver ring tie-down, triggerguard and pistol grip cap, beaded pancake cheekpiece and solid red Silvers recoil pad. Mauser G.33/40 lightweight action with jeweled bolt and follower, butterknife bolt handle, custom single-set trigger, and Model-70-type 3-position safety. Schmidt & Bender 1.25 - 4x20mm rail-mount scope (with superfluous section machined away for sleekness and lightness), 30mm tube, No.2 heavy post and fine crosshair reticle, on quick-detachable claw mounts---the forward claws fitting directly to a custom saddle wrapping around chamber. Pull: 13 1/2". Weight: 7lbs, 9oz. A few light scratches in the wood, but retaining 99%+ fine polish, cold-rust blue and excellent bore. With loading data, See-through lens-caps and European sling.
