This pistol was produced in late 1943 by Ithaca. The pistol's serial number is 1470282. This pistol has the early style Keyes grips without the screw rings. The barrel is by Flannery Bolt Co. The pistol is in almost unused condition. The barrel is bright and minty. The original parkerizing is fully intact. The slide shows very little wear. There is no sign of holster wear. The grips are sharp with no defects. The magazine is in like new condition. This pistol's serial range is within the shipment listings for 5000 pistols shipped directly from Ithaca to the Kearney Air Force base in Nebraska. That base was in operation from 1942 to 1949. This is a really clean sharp looking pistol as produced by Ithaca Gun Co. This is a collectors quality firearm that will appeal to the military collector.
