This buckle is crisp detail ,with the spead wing eagle & sheild ,six pikes ,13 stars, e.pluribus unum, cannons bugles, wreath,cannon balls ,virtical lines . The keeper is intact as is the bar for the belt itself. Just a rear find and in a 9 out of 10 dug shape. Great patina.
