Description:
SOLD. Very nice Confederate short artillery sword. Total length just at 24.5 inches. Blade length is 19 inches. Crude sand casted brass handle patterned after the US 1832 Artillery sword. You can see where the three rivets were on the handle from the US sword used as the pattern for the mold. Handle and blade are rock solid with no movement. Rare Double unstopped fuller never seen before. Came out of an old collection.
