ANTIQUE Smith & Wesson Model 1 ½ .32 S&W Revolver
19th Century Concealed Carry Single Action Revolver
Here we present an antique Smith & Wesson Model No. 1 ½ Single Action Revolver, made circa 1886. This revolver is a 5 shot firearm chambered in .32 S&W. It was designed to be a very concealable revolver capable of self-defense in the closing decades of the 19th Century. Smith & Wesson revolvers were quite remarkable for their quality, even then. The No. 1 ½ features an automatic ejector that is activated by opening the barrel latch and pivoting the barrel down.
Overall condition is good. The original nickel finish is about 40% with patina filling in. The markings are clear and legible. The serial numbers match. The hard rubber grips are in good condition. The bore is well-rifled and clean. The action is strong.
