For Best Results Always Call First! This rifle was made by Remington between 1923 To 1932. This rifle is a French Government order through Remington Arms Co. The production run was 9,447 rifles. These rifles were not serial numbered. These guns are fairly rare in the U.S. The rifle fires the 8 M/M Lebel cartridge. The charger holds three rounds. This rifle is in very nice condition. The bore is bright and clean. The action works correctly and smoothly. The stacking post is the only thing missing from this rifle. The sights are original. There is a "H B" initial carved on the left side of the stock. The original bluing would rate a 97% condition. The stock has no damage or cracks. The stock does have some storage dings and scrapes. The rifle comes with two Remington boxes and one British ten round box. Also included, is three original loaded chargers and several loose Remington cartridges. This is a interesting military rifle as produced by Remington. Remington military collectors and military collectors in general are always looking for unusual production military firearms for their collection. This is one of these types of guns!
