Unique PAIR of H & H 12 bore S x S shotguns.
HAND MADE guns
These have been part of my personal collection for many years.
They were specially built for the famous sportsman, Count Peter Salm.
The Salm family owned the revered sporting estate on Long Island, known as “THE PORT OF MISSING MEN”.
Both Peter and his brother ( Aruto Ramos) were world famous and connoisseurs of everything fine.
These guns were built to exacting standards with pages of work notes showing they were originally bored extra full & full with extra tight choking.
Count Salm sent them back to Holland in the 60's and had them bored quarter and half for driven pheasant.
Being a world class shot, Count Salm demanded that these guns shoot precisely.
While designated MODEL DELUXE the appearance is that of the standard Royal grade with very fancy wood.
Both guns are 28”

Original 1 1/4” proof.
