Exceptionally nice Remington Model 03A3 from May '43 / 4-43 bbl. All Remington throughout. According to a gentleman who knows a lot more than I do about 03A3s, this rifle dates from the period at which re-inforcement bolts began to replace the pins, but I really don't know if the stock is original to the rifle or not. The inspector markings are nice and clear and are guarranteed to be original. There are no re-build markings present. The bore is beautiful and features the 4 groove configuration preferred by those interested in long range military match shooting. All metal finishes appear to be original and correct. The exc cond webb sling is marked MRT 1953 and is the genuine article. An excellent addition to your 1903 Springfield collection. As with all my offerings, your satisfaction is guarranteed.
